Terms and Conditions
1- Inclusions
Online fare quotes includes relevant Airport parking, road tolls, GST.
Free meet & greet service for all airport pick-up.
No credit card fee for online bookings. In car payments attract 5% merchant fee.
2- Waiting Time
30 minutes grace applies to bookings from Melbourne Domestic Airport after landing.
60 minutes grace applies to bookings from Melbourne International Airport after landing.
10 minutes grace applies on all other bookings.
After the grace, waiting time would be charged as $1/minute.
3- Cancellation Policy and Fee
Bookings from 8.00am to 10.00pm:
More than 2 hours notice: 10% charge applies
Less than 2 hours notice: 50% Charge applies
Less then 60 minutes notice: full charge applies
Bookings from 10.00pm to 8.00am:
Notify before 8:00PM: 10% charge applies
Notify after 8:00PM: 50% charge applies
Notify after 10:00PM: Full charge applies
4- No Contact
When we provide a car as requested and no contact (No Show) is made with the passenger, the relevant Full Charge applies.
5- Payment Methods
Online Booking:
All online bookings require a credit card to confirm the booking. However if you select Luxury Sedan or Premium sedan you can chose to pay direct to driver.
Direct to the Driver:
Only regular travelers can pay in car via credit card, cash or cabcharge. Van and SUV bookings still needs to be prepaid.
If you select Luxury Sedan or Premium sedan you can chose to pay direct to driver.
6- Credit Card Fee
Credit Card payments attract a processing fee (inc gst) as follows:
No credit card fee when book and pay online.
No surcharge on cash payments.
5% merchant fee on all in car ESTPOS transactions.
7- Booking Acceptance
All online bookings are subject to acceptance. An auto generated email will be sent to you straight after the submission of the booking, but you will be contacted by one of our team members straightaway if we are unable to accommodate your booking.
